About this song:
While i was composing a sad music, i started composing a happy music which finally became My Second Song.
My Second Song (Bahasa Indonesia title: Lagu Kedua ku) was being composed by me before and during my final year exams at SMP Hati Kudus in Jakarta Indonesia.
It was completed (as 4/4 time signature song) just right after I formally left the school before departed to live in Perth Australia on 29 June 1995 and lived there without a music instrument. Ten months later in April 1996, I returned to Jakarta for holiday; this song was modified and its lyric was totally rewritten. Finally the song became a 2/4 time signature song. My Second Song and My First Song are still the best early songs I (was still a teenager) ever wrote in Indonesia.
My unfinished sad music became my third song title My Sad Music in April 1996. I started composing another happy song which became Christmas Holiday eight months later.
My Second Song supposed to be sung by me when I returned to Jakarta in April 1996, but it did not happen.
